Better Sleep in 3 Easy Steps.

  • 1. Dentist Consultation.

    Schedule in our South Jordan office or schedule a video consultation to learn about your options and discuss if you are a candidate for an oral device for Snoring or Sleep Apnea. An in-home sleep test may be required for some patients, and communication with your physician is included for every patient. (Initial consultation is complimentary.)

  • 2. Dental Scan.

    If you chose an in-office consultation we will scan your teeth at that time. If you chose a video consultation, we will schedule our tech to come to your home for a dental scan and physical evaluation. (Scan included with device fee.)

  • 3. Device Delivery and Follow-Up.

    You can choose to have an in-office delivery appointment, or we can ship your device and walk you through your first night over video. No matter how you receive your device we will be following up to ensure a smooth transition. (Delivery consultation included with device fee.)
